OUR WORK

Prendergast

40+ years in business 🔨 | Over 10 shoot locations 🎬 | 1 refreshed brand identity 🤩

Where we started

Prendergast Construction began 2022 with a waitlist. They had loyal longtime clients, new leads from word-of-mouth around town, and now even clients’ children who wanted remodeling on their own homes. But they were also thinking about what would come next—how could they set themselves up for success beyond the current housing bubble?

Our team had collaborated on a small digital ad campaign in the past and knew they’d been toying with the idea of a comprehensive brand overhaul. Their business logo, hand-drawn on a napkin in the 1980s, didn’t emblemize the caliber of their work. Their website and company name didn’t fully encapsulate their brand or business, either–they needed help refining and reimagining their online presence to match their most recent evolution.

So when their rebrand was about to become reality, they came to us to bring it into existence.

Why it matters

When Bob and Katie first reached out, we knew we’d found a special partner in their family-owned remodeling company. Prendergast was already a trusted Tri-Cities remodel specialist with 40+ years of expertise and a reputation to match.

Prendergast needed branding to reflect the excellence of their craftsmanship and quality of their projects, so more clients could actualize the stunning homes they deserve.

How we proved it

We decided to take a page out of Prendergast’s book and remodel. Rebranding a long-standing company is no small feat, but with the support and insight of Katie and her team, we developed a plan of action that felt authentic and on-brand—just updated.

After an in-depth workshop where we got to know their business, we vowed to give the same expert attention to detail that they pay to their projects. At every touchpoint, both physical and digital, we worked together to create a brand presence that stands up against the competition and changing markets.

Brand Workshop and Refresh

Our rebrand centered around the idea of bringing Prendergast to the next generation of homeowners with a refreshed modern style. A new logo, tagline, and cozy color palette capture the timeless quality of home and speak to the elegance of their work. We also removed “Construction” from their name to match the truth of their mission: remodeling homes for families to share and enjoy.

Video production & Photography

We produced video and photography content to authentically showcase Prendergast’s remodels the way they were intended: full of life, laughter, and memories in the making. Our content tells stories of a family legacy, of spaces transformed by imagination, of homes and the people that make them so.

Website Design & Development

In January 2023, Prendergast’s remodeled branding goes live. With a sleek, cohesive new website and social media presence, their well-loved work now has a visual identity to match—and new clients to attract. As Prendergast transitions the company over to the next generation, its updated platform stays true to the legacy and craftsmanship at the heart of every Prendergast project.
