Chris Bowen

President

MONKS
MOCHAS
LED ZEPPELIN

The master of pursuing and promoting the legendary “flow state,” Chris is CM’s dedicated leader and founder. He constantly strives to grow his business and invest in the people that make it run. He aspires to a healthy mind and body, not just to beat everyone at tennis, although that’s a plus. His competitive nature makes him a passionate Vols and Steelers fan, and he enjoys golf, tennis, cardio and weights as a way to burn off steam after work. When he’s not at CM or watching sports, Chris is probably spending time with his seven awesome grandkids.

Tori Humphreys

VP of Operations

JOURNALS
Marie kondo
sweat
Tori has worked at CM since she was in high school, giving her twelve years of marketing experience. An ETSU alum with a degree in integrated marketing and communications, her specialty is making complex things simple, an essential asset for both the CM team and the client. Tori’s dedication to detail doesn’t end with work; her life mindset is akin to that of Marie Kondo. She focuses on what brings her joy, which ranges from intense workouts (and we’re talking really intense) to Ben & Jerry’s Half-Baked Ice Cream and the occasional killer whale documentary. She is the owner of beloved CM Chief Morale Officer and designated office dog, Hunter.

Nick Bowen

Director of Video Production

VOLS
TRUE CRIME
DAD LIFE

With a filmmaking degree from the Los Angeles Film School and eight years of experience, Nick is an invaluable asset to the CM video team. He specializes in camera movement and gets especially excited whenever he gets to film with the Freefly MoVI Pro. As an avid sports enthusiast, he spends his free time playing tennis, golf, and just about everything in between with his four young sons. Nick may be a quiet Enneagram 9, but challenge him on true crime or even the latest season of The Bachelor, and he’ll never back down from an argument.

Kevin Mullins

VP of Creative & Brand Strategy

DALE
EARNHARDT
SENIOR

As the embodiment of Kobe Bryant’s “Mamba Mentality,” Kevin works hard every day to seamlessly combine design and strategy into an effective flow between client and production. He utilizes his years of experience and industry certifications in his daily work and as a regional board member of the American Advertising Federation. Kevin isn’t shy about his love for all things NASCAR, wrestling, and baseball (Go Braves!). Though he may have a tough exterior, don’t be surprised if you catch him watching – and actually enjoying – a rom-com with his wife after a date night at Logan’s Roadhouse.

Karen Parsons

VP of Marketing

STRATEGY
MULTITASKING
LOVES A TEAM
As a leader in the local marketing sphere for the past three decades, Karen has left an undeniable mark on the industry that is continuing to grow through her efforts at CM. After leading multiple global brand launches that shattered records, Karen found her niche in initiating, directing, and developing strategic communication plans. When not in the office, you’ll likely find her out to lunch at a local restaurant with family, friends, clients, or anyone in between. She loves a good road trip; for Karen, there’s nothing better than pulling a camper to the next great destination while sipping on a Pal’s iced tea.

Reagan Streetman

Account Executive

MY MORNING JACKET
BLOW POPS
ROAD TRIPS

If you can’t find Reagan working on her signature thrifted office couch, she’s probably outside road biking or hiking a nearby mountain. She takes her fun almost as seriously as her work and prides herself on her ability to align client goals with a perfectly tailored marketing strategy. Her life mantra is simple; love God and love people. Only Reagan could give you a rundown of the best 80s bands one day and demonstrate her favorite weightlifting exercises the next. There is truly no one like her!

Bri Jorgenson

Senior Graphic Designer

ADVENTURES
DOGS
QUESO
Bri is the heart of the CM design team. Always ready to offer thoughtful advice and constructive feedback, she strengthens the creativity of those around her. A talented creative herself, Bri thrives by making complex things simple, especially when branding and big campaigns are involved. She’s an ETSU alum with a degree in Digital Media, and she has over five years of design experience. Outside of CM, you can find Bri spending time with the love of her life, Tyler, playing bass guitar in the worship band, or gushing over her adorable dog ElliMae.

Leslie Huff

Chief Financial Officer

SUNSHINE
SWEET TEA
A BALANCED REGISTER

In the midst of chaos and stress, Leslie is always a reliable source of calm and control. She brings an impressive twenty-nine years of experience to CM, not to mention Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. A native of Pennington Gap, Leslie is an outdoor advocate who will do just about anything as long as it’s outside. When she’s not crunching numbers at work, she’s likely supporting her kids in their various activities or treating herself to a fancy meal at Gourmet & Company.

Stephanie Myers

People & Culture Curator

BOOKS
CONNECTION
FAITH

The self-proclaimed CM weather tracker, Steph is a Kingsport native who earned a Communications Studies degree from ETSU. She is the cornerstone of our workplace culture where her signature sincerity has empowered our team for four years. Steph is a true outdoor enthusiast, and she’s never afraid to dive headfirst into a deep conversation. She wholeheartedly believes that whenever you think of something positive about someone, you should always share it with them! She was definitely a counselor in another life, and her positive attitude brings a lightness to the office every day.

Jordan Bailey

Creative Producer

FOODIE
DAD JOKES
HITCHCOCK
Jordan is the masterful eye behind some of the best photography and videography that CM has created. She earned a degree in Photography and Cinema Studies at the Savannah School of Art and Design in Atlanta and has over fifteen years of experience. Jordan can create something out of nothing, and her ingenuity extends far beyond the camera lens. She is passionate about cooking (she has been published in multiple cookbooks) and considers herself a connoisseur of food, whiskey, and cocktails. She loves her little cat Myrna, cheesy dad jokes, and classic old movies.

Jake Burbage

Creative Producer

MOTORCYCLES
MOVIES
MAKING

When he’s not shooting and editing video for CM, you can probably find Jake grabbing lunch at Maple Street Biscuit Co., playing his guitar, or walking his beloved dog Ellie. He has over five years of experience and takes inspiration from his favorite filmmakers, Quentin Tarantino and Hideo Kojima. He is an adaptable member of the video team who’s always ready to help out wherever he’s needed. He never goes to a shoot without his holy grail, the Leatherman Wave Multitool, which is almost as versatile as Jake himself.

Britney Rochette

Director of Project Management

SNL
gymshark
dachshunds
In her two years at CM, Britney has honed her ability to ensure each creative team has the tools they need to work in a timely and cohesive manner. She has five Adobe certifications and won an Addy as a student at ETSU. She makes it a priority to immerse herself in her community through volunteering and networking; if there’s an event happening in Johnson City, you can probably find Britney there. She is absolutely obsessed with dachshunds (and not just because she owns two of the best) and refuels with intense workouts at the gym after work.

Meghan Doherty

Web Project Coordinator

COLD BREW
BLANKETS
BAD JOKES
Meghan is an ETSU alum from Knoxville, TN with a degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. She’s an intuitive strategist whose big picture mindset makes her a helpful asset to have around the office. She loves snuggling into a cozy hoodie on a cool autumn day and grabbing the latest array of flavors from Crumbl Cookies. When she’s not at CM, you can probably find Meghan enjoying a German dinner at Frieberg’s or cuddling with her precious cat Bean.

Ryan Maderic

Senior Creative Producer

TATERS
RUNNING
NATURE

A native of Phoenix, AZ, Ryan is the designated health and wellness enthusiast at CM. He regularly pushes himself mentally and physically whether that means reading an obnoxiously long gear review or completing an intense morning run before work. He is a stellar storyteller who isn’t afraid to really dive into the nitty gritty details of a project in order to bridge the gap between concept and production. Ryan enjoys watching his two kids learn and grow while living the dream (or maybe nightmare) that his kids are just like him.

Jennifer Smith

Custom Project Manager

SAGE
SHOES
CATS
Jennifer can easily juggle multiple tasks at once; she’s a true “Jenn of all trades.” She’s a Kingsport native who has been with CM for nine years and in the marketing industry for twelve. A fortune teller in another life, Jennifer has an affinity for burnt sage and occult styles. She also enjoys doing yard work, painting, and snacking on some tacos at El Loco Taqueria. She is passionate about music and follows so many artists it’s nearly impossible for her to pick a favorite. She listens to everything from Sam Cooke and the Soul Stirrers to Iron Maiden, the Allman Brothers Band, and Kendrick Lamar.

Kellye Smith

Executive VP of Sales and Operations at Eastman Gift Shop

THEATER MOM
DOG LOVER
CAFFEINE

Kellye is a bonafide Kingsport local and ETSU alum with thirty-two years of experience in sales and marketing. Her greatest strength is providing excellent customer service to every client, which she has done for fourteen years at CM. Outside of work, Kellye enjoys sipping on a glass of wine, spending time with her family, and jamming to her favorite Phil Collins albums. She loves to travel, especially to where she can see a Broadway musical, but her four kids and three pets keep her pretty busy on any given day.

Kristen Buffalow

Web & Digital Designer

HOKIES
ICED COFFEE
FANCY PENS

A creative mind with a BFA in Visual Communication Design, Kristen serves as the designated web authority at CM. In addition to overall website aesthetics, she loves digging deep into website strategy and user experience. Kristen livens up the office with her singsong exclamations and signature farewell phrases, and you’re unlikely to catch her without an iced coffee or a lunch order from Barberitos. A proud Virginia Tech alum, she spends her free time supporting the Hokies (both in spirit and at games) or hanging with her husband Alex and chunky cat Lilly.

Andrea McCoy

VP of Sales and Operations at Eastman Gift Shop

70s & 80s MUSIC
MOM OF 3
FOODIE

Andrea is a master multi-tasker who brings skill, passion, and genuine appreciation to her work every day. Her top-notch organizational skills are the glue that holds the custom sales team together. She is a Kingsport native with twelve years of experience and a dedicated mom of three. She appreciates a well-prepared meal at a nice restaurant (especially at Giuseppe’s), but she definitely won’t say no to a night of Netflix and Papa John’s pizza.

Sydney Rhoton

Production Artists

COFFEE SHOPS
GOOD BOOKS
COZY VIBES
When she’s not designing at CM, you’ll find Sydney relaxing at a local coffee shop or taking a walk through downtown Kingsport (while keeping an eye out for pettable dogs along the way). A Milligan University alum with a degree in graphic design, Sydney works on all kinds of projects at CM but gets especially excited to work on print pieces for local clients. On weekends, she volunteers at the Carter Family Fold and hangs out with her friends and family. She’s a sucker for a good story and is always on the lookout for the next best book, movie, TV show, or podcast.

Isabelle Landry

Sales Support

FRENCH-CANADIAN
MOM OF 2
30A LOVER

Isabelle has been with CM for seven years. She’s originally from Canada and graduated from Université Laval with an ESL Teaching degree, A true Canadian soul; she’ll support any sports team, so long as they’re from Canada, and her go-to karaoke song must be from a Celine Dion album. On any given Saturday, you might find Isabelle taking a long nap or watching the latest show on Hulu. She’s always dreaming about her next trip to one of the quaint Florida beach towns along Highway 30A.
