The website is the home base for businesses, professionals, and visitors to find information on membership, community life, and events in the area. The Chamber reached out to Cumberland Marketing to redesign its site to make it easier to use and more mobile-friendly.
We focused our redesign on simplifying and streamlining the website to ensure visitors could easily access all the information they need. By featuring the social elements of the site prominently on the homepage, including the Chamber’s Facebook and Twitter feeds and the WJHL-TV local news feed, all the latest news is now front and center. We also seamlessly integrated third party info from CC-Assist, including the membership directory and calendar of events, into the new site to improve the features members and visitors rely on. Not only is the site more user-friendly as a result of the redesign, but traffic has increased and bounce rates have gone down.
